Refund policy

Return Policy
Orders are eligible for return only if the product was not received, arrived damaged, or if the incorrect product was sent. Returns cannot be accepted for reasons of preference change or if you decide you no longer want the product. For damaged products, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at info@theworldoforganic.com and customerservice@vinoshipper.com. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for products that were not received, arrived damaged, or were sent in error. We do not provide refunds for other reasons, including preference changes. Damaged products should be refused upon delivery and reported immediately. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not available. To ensure you get what you want, make a new purchase after receiving any authorized refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item is unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
