Natural Origins Organic Chardonnay is a refreshing expression of Argentine terroir, hailing from organically-farmed estate and purchased vineyards in the Uco Valley, nestled at 4,000 ft in the Andean foothills. This wine presents a beautiful light yellow color with delicate green shades. On the nose, it reveals inviting aromas of tropical fruits intertwined with bright citrus and subtle floral notes. The grapes are carefully harvested early in the morning to maintain their pristine freshness and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15°C (59°F) for 20 days, using selected yeasts. Crafted with a French sensibility, this Chardonnay is intentionally unoaked to allow the vibrant fruit characteristics to shine through, resulting in an extremely food-friendly wine.
